Cinthya Peña Reade is a partner and attorney in Linebarger’s Houston office. She joined the firm in 2020 and represents governmental entities in complex ad valorem property tax litigation across Harris County. With over a decade of experience in tax collection, litigation, and client relations, she is recognized for her strategic legal approach, strong relationships with elected officials, and bilingual advocacy in English and Spanish. 

Deeply committed to civic and community leadership, Peña Reade serves as a board member of Spring Spirit and the Latin Women’s Initiative, is an Assistant Captain and committee member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and was selected as a 2025 Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leader. She also serves on the Spring Branch ISD Education Foundation Board and is actively involved in multiple legal and civic organizations dedicated to education, youth development, and advancing underserved communities across Houston.

Mrs. Peña Reade is licensed by the Texas State Bar.

Mrs. Peña Reade holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas, Pan American and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston.
