Deanna Longo divides her time between five areas of practice within the firm – business personal property tax collection, litigation matters related to real property tax foreclosure lawsuits, toll road collection, condemnation/eminent domain proceedings, and post-judgment litigation matters related to real property tax foreclosure lawsuits.

Ms. Longo earned Bachelors of Arts in English and Legal Studies from Rice University in 1987 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston in 1991. Before joining Linebarger, Ms. Longo’s principal area of practice was bankruptcy litigation, most recently serving as Managing Litigation Attorney for Marinosci Law Group, PC, and Chief Bankruptcy Officer for Consolidated Default Services, LLC.

Deanna is admitted to practice in all Texas courts, all United States District Courts in Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. Ms. Longo served as President of the non-profit group Women Professionals in Government during the 2022-2023 season and currently serves on the 2023-2024 Board of Directors. Ms. Longo also volunteers her time to educating elementary school children on the meaning of democracy, the foundations of constitutional law and the importance of literacy.
