Managing Partner Norman J. Nelson received an award at the National Organization of Black County Officials (NOBCO) Economic Development Conference (EDC) on May 4. NOBCO is an organization founded to create more sustainable communities. The group focuses on issues surrounding health equality, civil rights, economic development, public safety and environmental justice.
