Houston Partner Becomes a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow

Houston Partner Derick Mendoza recently took on a new role as a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow.

“I am honored to be a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow,” Mendoza said. “I look forward to continue working on making our communities stronger.”

Nomination for Texas Bar Foundation Fellow is based on outstanding contributions to the legal profession and a commitment to the community. Election to Texas Bar Foundation Fellow is one of the highest honors that a member of the State Bar of Texas can receive.

Texas Bar Foundation Fellows are part of a diverse network made up of the top 1/3 of 1% of licensed attorneys who are committed to professional ethics and promoting the cause of justice in Texas.

Mendoza is also the first Filipino-American to serve as a Houston Bar Association Ambassador.
