Welcome Our New Dallas Partner

Linebarger welcomes the Honorable Robbie Partida-Kipness to the Linebarger law firm as our newest income partner. She will serve in both the Dallas and Austin offices, assisting clients and legal matters across Texas. Most recently, she served as a Justice on the Fifth District Court of Appeals, bringing a wealth of experience and deep legal insight. She made history as the first Hispanic to serve on that court in its 125-year history. Before taking the bench, Justice Partida-Kipness spent 21 years championing the rights of individuals involved in personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort cases.
