Linebarger Supports School Officials

On August 13th, Linebarger’s Kaufman office hosted a legislative update for Kaufman County School Superintendents.

The Honorable Keith Bell addressed the Covid-19 measures taken by public schools in Texas House District 4. Of keen interest was his discussion on the state aid available to schools for personal protection equipment (PPE) and other unexpected expenses. He also fielded questions about school funding, HB2, and property value changes.

Linebarger provided refreshments for all the Superintendents from around the county who attended the event.
