SCOTUS Speaks on Government Debt Collection
In a unanimous opinion, this week, the United States Supreme Court held that attorneys hired by the Ohio Attorney General to collect government debt and directed by the Attorney General to use his office letterhead to send collection notices were not acting in an illegally deceptive manner.
