Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 autorizado por el Tribunal Federal de Distrito para el Distrito Norte de Texas y el Tribunal Federal de Apelaci\u00f3n del Quinto Circuito. Ha comparecido ante tribunales de primera instancia en todo el Estado de Texas, el Tribunal de Apelaciones del Quinto Circuito, el Tribunal de Apelaciones en lo Penal de Texas, y los Tribunales Estatales&nbsp; 2\u00ba y 11\u00ba de Apelaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde que se incorpor\u00f3 a Linebarger en 1999, Lewis ha ejercido en el \u00e1mbito de la recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos en mora, haciendo comparecencia en los tribunales estatales de distrito en los condados de Tarrant, Denton, Johnson, Parker, Wise, Hood, Montague, y Clay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natural de Fort Worth, Lewis se gradu\u00f3 en el Paul Laurence Dunbar High School de Fort Worth. Tras cursar estudios en la Prairie View A&amp;M University, obtuvo un Associate&#8217;s Degree en el Tarrant County College, una licenciatura en Letras por la Texas Wesleyan University y un doctorado en Jurisprudencia por la Facultad de Derecho de la University of Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de su ejercicio activo de la abogac\u00eda, Lewis ejerce de Juez Municipal Presidente en la ciudad de Forest Hill.
