Tambi\u00e9n forma parte del Subcomit\u00e9 de Litigios y Normas Legales del bufete y se asegurar\u00e1 de que todas las actividades de cobro cumplan todas las leyes y normativas federales, estatales y locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Padilla se gradu\u00f3 en el Bowie High School de El Paso y se licenci\u00f3 en Historia y Ciencias Pol\u00edticas por la Universidad de Baylor en 1997. Padilla se incorpor\u00f3 a Linebarger en 2003. Representa a nuestros clientes en todo el Estado de Texas en varios tribunales de apelaci\u00f3n y ante el Tribunal Supremo de Texas.
