Hizo la transici\u00f3n al ejercicio de la abogac\u00eda en 2018, supervisando todas las fases de la recaudaci\u00f3n de impuestos morosos en los condados de Blanco, Llano, San Saba, Mills, Coleman y Erath, as\u00ed como desarrollando y fomentando relaciones con clientes y funcionarios locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente es miembro del Colegio de Abogados de Texas y del Colegio de Abogados de Highland Lakes. Nacida y criada en Texas, a Pickering le apasiona apoyar a su comunidad. Trabaja regularmente como voluntaria en refugios de animales locales, participa en eventos ben\u00e9ficos de la University of Texas Exes-Highland Lakes Chapter y apoya a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) en la zona de Highland Lakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se licenci\u00f3 en Radio-Televisi\u00f3n-Cine por la University of Texas-Austin en 1985.
