Como cofundador y asesor general de Plateau Brewing Company en San Angelo, TX, desde junio de 2018, dirigi\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n de licencias, las funciones regulatorias, la estrategia comercial y el alcance comunitario con un presupuesto de 500,000 d\u00f3lares y un equipo de 10 personas. Sus esfuerzos de planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica dieron como resultado un crecimiento de los ingresos del 15% y la ampliaci\u00f3n de la distribuci\u00f3n a 23 cuentas.
