Dashboard Revolutionizes Linebarger Client Reporting
Linebarger recently rolled out the Dashboard reporting system to give our fees and fines clients another easy, online option to see how our collection program is working for them. The Linebarger Dashboard is a tool that visually and interactively allows our clients to overview their portfolio activities.
With this intuitive and easy-to-use tool, clients can see up-to-date details of collections, placements, letters, phone activity, skip traces, and more. This information is updated daily and allows users to view and build customized graphs and reports that can be exported for easy sharing and viewing. Charts are interactive and clickable to customize the level of data viewed.
Clients are also able to view yearly, monthly or daily data. They can also view a scorecard offering a quarterly breakdown of account history. Using the Linebarger Dashboard, clients can view a summary of placement details, debtor contract efforts, and total collections.
The Linebarger Dashboard also displays heat maps that show hot spots of collection and placement locations using a topographical visual representation. The web-based Linebarger Dashboard provides greater accessibility to all clients, no additional software is needed to use it.
