Tops In Her Field

Let’s take a moment to brag on one of our own….

After 6 months of course work and rigorous study, Austin-based partner Lori Gruver, who serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, has now been certified as a Credit and Collection Compliance Officer by The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International).

If that seems like a big deal, that’s because it is. Only a handful of industry compliance officers have achieved this level of certification, and it means she has recognized expertise in everything from risk assessment, to ethics, to data security and privacy and much more.

This is a great achievement for Lori, who has been with the firm for 25 years, serving in a variety of roles. It is also great for the firm and its clients across the United States to have a Chief Compliance Officer working for us and for them who is at the top of her profession.  It clearly demonstrates the firm’s (and Lori’s) commitment to compliance.
