Ariana Curiel-Magallanes

Ariana Curiel-Magallanes joined the Linebarger Brownsville office in 2019, supporting the office’s delinquent tax litigation program for Cameron and Willacy County clients.

A native of Brownsville, she received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2014, graduating Cum Laude. She then received her Juris Doctor in 2017 from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Texas Southern University in Houston. While pursuing her law degree at Thurgood Marshall School of Law, she interned with the Harris and Cameron County District Attorney’s Offices.

Mrs. Curiel-Magallanes was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2017. Since graduating from law school, she has been practicing law in the Rio Grande Valley area (South Texas). As a former Cameron County District Attorney (DA), she has considerable experience with court procedures, hearings, and trials.

She is currently in Leadership Brownsville and is involved with the Junior League of Brownsville, North Brownsville Rotary, Cameron County Bar Association, FemCity Brownsville, and Toastmasters.
